The flat is located in the historic centre of Palermo, at the first floor of an old elegant building, in Via Roma.

The best position in the city, from the huge balcony you can see the whole city, looking at the same time via Roma and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, two streets full of shops, people, bars, pubs, clubs and everything you need. The flat is really close to the old characteristic market of "Vucciria".

 

DESCRIPTION:

Wide entrance

On the left one huge room (last semester rented as triple room to three girls)

Close to the entrance - living room with a big table and sofa

On the right - 3 single/double rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms

All the rooms have an entrance on the unique, huge and panoramic balcony, from where you can see the whole city-center.

 

Total size of the flat: around 150 meters square.

There will be everything you need as beds, guardrobes, tables, sofa, forks, spuns, knifes, pots, pans.

    cerso una camera qui a aplermo e penso láppartemento e molto interessante per me(single/double room per 240 euro /mese).

    vorrei avere qualche info riguardo l'appartamento: è in affitto solo per erasmus? la stanza a 240 euro è la singola con letto matrimoniale? i 240 euro comprendono tutto o le bollette sono extra?grazie mille anticipatamente.
